In today's journey through time, Len Goodman takes journalist and presenter Eamonn Holmes back to the Antrim Coast Road on the east coast of Northern Ireland and the town of Cushendall to reminisce about his holiday from 1968.

Len surprises Eamonn by picking him up in a Morris J2 van, the same as the van his dad drove for his carpet business in 1968. Eamonn and his brothers would sit in the back - usually on a roll of carpet - and the whole Holmes clan would travel from their home in busy Belfast to the calm of the seaside in Cushendall.

Eamonn explains that Cushendall would eventually come to mean a lot to his family as it was where they fled to when the Troubles started. Len introduces him to a local who remembers Eamonn and his family staying at his family's bed and breakfast.
