Memnos Costi introduces three deaf people working in the field of medicine - a general practitioner, a paramedic and a medical student. They discuss the barriers to succeeding in the medical profession and how they can be overcome with a combination of the right technology, a bit of deaf awareness and a drive to succeed.
Memnos also meets Andrew Baillie, a deaf sculptor who creates the hand models for one of London's best-known tourist attractions, Madame Tussauds.
