Grouse, Meadows and Cooking Like Mamgu

Counting Grouse - There has been concern across Wales that grouse (both red and black) numbers are falling. In the they have been working to improve the landscape to manage the heather聽and 聽give the grouse more room to breed.聽 Gilbert John joins the count.

We go down to the meadow - in the last 75 years a staggering 97% of these vital parts of our landscape.
