Nick and Dougie continue their food odyssey with a visit to Luss on Loch Lomond where Nick prepares a pudding with honeyberries – a new fruit he has never tasted before. To make the Nick's "Luss Mess" whip some double cream but don't overwork it. Crush meringues and fold in to the cream along with the berries. Add some honey to sweeten to your taste and serve.
