Join Cerys for a joy-filled exploration of music, poetry and conversation. This week Cerys chats to Welsh producer and bass player Huw Marc Bennett. Huw's new album Days Like Now is a blend of jazz, soul, folk, dub and psychedelic roots and is said to be a more personal reflection of his connection with living in, leaving and revisiting Wales.

Professor Alice Roberts tells Cerys about her first fiction book, Wolf Road. The novel is based on Alice鈥檚 extensive research and imagines an adventure in the Ice Age where Homosapiens and Neanderthals cross paths.

Expect a treasure trove of music featuring some of Cerys' favourite vintage sounds, global beats and new discoveries to soundtrack your Sunday morning. There's tracks from Mexico's La Sonora Santanera, 麻豆官网首页入口 Proms: Mariza sings Fado, Horace Andy, Lata Mangeshkar and Dorothy Ashby.
