Looking back at times gone by, the lads decide to cook using only one pot. They visit the South Americas for feijoada topped with dumplings. Uisdean grew up on rabbit stew, and in this episode he takes inspiration from Europe to create a French rabbit stew. Staying with France, Ruaraidh creates his take on a classic dish, chicken provencal, while Uisdean ends up being inspired by a Spanish version of a fish stew.
