The lads have acquired a cast iron hotplate and use it to create some quick and easy meals. Uisdean goes Mexican with his quesadillas while Ruaraidh tries French with his version of mussels in garlic and white wine. Burgers are often overlooked, so Uisdean creates his own from fine cuts of meat freshly minced in their kitchen.

Ruaraidh takes us off to Thailand for his final dish, Thai prawn stir-fry accompanied by lemongrass rice. Finally, Uisdean draws the short straw and has to entertain Ruaraidh by cooking pork, scallops, noodles and fresh vegetables Teppanyaki style, at the table.
