Ahead of the London 2017 World Athletics Championships, four-time Olympic champion Michael Johnson looks back to London 2012, and the journey that the three golden heroes from Super Saturday, Sir Mo Farah, Dame Jessica Ennis-Hill and Greg Rutherford, have been on since then. Michael meets with them to discuss their stories and share his own experiences, exploring what it takes to be a world-class athlete, and the challenges of staying at the top.
