The award winning canal side tearooms & Aleena begins to walk along the River Derwent.

Long Eaton businessman Roger Webster tells Aleena why he's calling on the government to accelerate its nationwide broadband roll-out programme before, he fears, we fall behind the rest of the world.

Aleena visits the Lock House Tea Rooms at Trent Lock near Long Eaton, where owner Terry has just picked up the tea councils excellence award for the ninth year running.

Sally visit Calke Abbey to discover more about the 麻豆官网首页入口's "Bee Part of It" project and learns how to build a beehive at the National Trust estate.

Aleena heads to Ladybower to begin her "I'm Up For It" challenge, walking the Derwent Valley Heritage Way. She starts off getting some advice from Peak Park Ranger Paul Wetton about the route. Then she heads off on the first five mile leg accompanied by her friend Sara & their two dogs.

And with more than three weeks until the World Cup, Sally visits the Mickleover pub, already decked in St George's flags and sporting it's own life-sized model of Beckham on the roof.
