Banbury flood defences get the go-ahead

Remembrance CD - With Remembrance Sunday fast approaching and the Poppy Appeal gathering pace - a World War II veteran from Oxfordshire has recorded a CD of poetry to help with the fund-raising efforts. Tom Hedges is 93 and lives in Ramsden near Witney.
