The simplicity, elegance and function of the music of composers Haydn, Mozart and Beethoven is studied with analysis of the primary chords and examples of notated score showing their use of blocks of chords. Further analysis of Haydn鈥檚 symphony and melodic writing demonstrates the form and structure of his work.
