Party election campaigns getting underway

As parties start to launch their general election campaign, Andrew Neil heard about what would be going into manifestos.

UKIP's culture spokesperson Peter Whittle said his party was "not in this fight to form or prop up another party", while Lib Dem MP Tom Brake said they were "not in the business of talking about coalitions".
