MPs have got on their bikes to promote cycling as they showed their support for the annual Bike Week.

But Daily Politics reporter Giles Dilnot found a photo shoot, and the slow progress of those taking part, made the journey from Kensington to Westminster almost as fast as making the same journey on foot.
