'One Nation' is why Conservatives are still around
George Osborne said it four times in his Budget last week. Which is nothing compared to Ed Miliband who used it forty-four times in one speech! But the man who supposedly invented it never used it. What are we talking about? The idea of "One Nation" -- one of the guiding principles in Conservative philosophy. But where did it come from and what does it mean?
