Should the government reduce the maximum bet on fixed-odds betting terminals? Campaigners and councils across England and Wales want the limit to be reduced from 拢100 to 拢2. However the government has already rejected that once - and the gambling industry says there are appropriate protections in place. Nick Eardley reports.
