Burnham: Modern Labour 'couldn't have created NHS'
There is "no way" the modern Labour Party could have created the NHS, one of the party's four leadership candidates Andy Burnham has said.
As part of the Victoria Derbyshire programme's car share series, Mr Burnham told political correspondent Chris Mason the party had lost its ability to "think big," something he hoped to restore.
