Tornadoes captured on film in East Midlands
Tornadoes have been filmed by people living in Northamptonshire and Leicestershire.
Initially describing one as a "funnel cloud", the Met Office has now confirmed it was a tornado.
Speaking to the Victoria Derbyshire programme, weather presenter John Hammond said it was a "once in a lifetime event for those that recorded it".
