What could trigger a second Scottish referendum?
The SNP's deputy leader is asked what could trigger a second Scottish referendum.
Stewart Hosie told Andrew Neil the SNP would not be seeking "a specific mandate" in the 2016 Holyrood elections, but the issue "hasn't gone away".
He said a planned in/out EU referendum leading to Scotland being "dragged" towards a Brexit could be one trigger, and he spoke about the alleged failure to deliver on previous promises made to Scotland.
