Former Lib Dem minister Norman Baker recalls working with Theresa May, saying she wanted to run the Home Office as a Conservative, rather a coalition, department.

He said working in the Home Office was a challenge, saying that the home secretary was "hard as nails, and I had to be hard as nails in return".
