'Not an advocate for QE to print money outside a recession'
Prof David 'Danny' Blanchflower talks quantitative easing and UK finances with Andrew Neil.
The former member of the Bank of England's Monetary Policy Committee said: "You do quantitative easing if you can鈥檛 lower interest rates."
They looked at possible reform of the Bank, as highlighted in the shadow chancellor鈥檚 conference speech, and also possible future nationalisations.
