The Conservative Party conference is under way in Manchester.
There has already been a raft of new announcements from the government, with the Chancellor George Osborne announcing that 拢2bn of Lloyds Bank shares will go on sale to the public.
The programme's political guru Norman Smith outlined the issues that David Cameron is facing, including manoeuvring by those who want the PM's job.
