Inside the restaurant run by prisoners
The Clink restaurant, staffed by female prisoners in Cheshire, has been named as the number one restaurant in the county on TripAdvisor.
It is in the grounds of HMP Styal and is one of four restaurants run by prisoners across the UK through The Clink Charity.
It aims to produce 500 graduates a year by the end of 2017, helping them gain qualifications in food preparation and food service.
Dan Johnson gained exclusive access to the restaurant and spoke to some of the prisoners learning new skills.
