North Korean defectors: Is life better in the South?
What is life like for those who manage to defect from North Korea to South Korea?
Over the past 60 years, some 25,000 defectors have taken a huge risk to leave the secretive state with its strict controls and poverty.
But is life in the West always better? Our correspondent Stephen Evans has met some of those who have made the journey.
