For and against the Trade Union Bill

The arguments for and against the government's Trade Union Bill are explored by the RMT's Mick Cash and Conservative MP Nadhim Zahawi, who joined Jo Coburn and Lord Jones on the Daily Politics.

On Tuesday, MPs are debating the bill, as the government legislation goes through report stage and third reading, which would impose a minimum 50% turnout in strike ballots, and allow employers to use agency workers to replace striking staff.
