Where have all the voters gone?
The rules have changed for getting on the electoral roll, and people must register to vote individually rather than being listed on a form filled in by one member of their household.
Ellie Price reports from Birmingham, looking at statistics which show thousands of people could lose the right to vote if they do not take action before 1 December.
She spoke to Labour MP Steve McCabe, and to Louise Cooke from the Association of Electoral Administrators.
