Chris Bryant on Syria air strikes
Shadow leader of the House of Commons Chris Bryant said it would be on his conscience if there were another attack and the UK had not authorised the use of lethal force.
Mr Bryant also said he hoped Labour MPs would be given a free vote in the issue.
