Should government cut party funding?
One of the lesser-noticed proposals in George Osborne's spending review last week was the decision to cut short money - the funding given to opposition parties.
Shadow leader of the Commons Chris Bryant said the government had "unilaterally" cut the money and behaved in a "despicable" way.
But Conservative MP Neil Parish said it was right to cut the cost of politics.
