'Questions should be asked on flood defences'
Schools, hospital services and travel were disrupted after Storm Desmond brought winds, torrential rain and flooding to parts of the UK.
Liberal Democrat leader Tim Farron joined Jo Coburn to discuss the impact of the flooding on his constituency. He said questions should be asked about funding for defences.
Labour's Neil Coyle and Conservative MP Andrea Jenkyns also discussed funding.
