Flashback: Happisburgh Lighthouse 1998
The red and white Happisburgh Lighthouse has towered over the Norfolk coast for years, but it is a stripey paint job with a chequered history.
Given a makeover by the Challenge Annekea television programme in the early '90s, a few years later the paint began to flake - needing a 拢25,000 new paint job to restore the look of the lighthouse, which is now marking its 225th anniversary.
Here we turn the clock back to 1998 - the day of the decorators, as Shaun Peel reports.
