Carswell: Vote Leave campaign will focus beyond immigration
UKIP's only MP has said there are fundamental strategic differences between the two main groups campaigning for Britain to leave the European Union.
Douglas Carswell - who is backing the Vote Leave campaign - said the leave.eu campaign, backed by the UKIP leader, Nigel Farage, wanted to focus on immigration - while the Vote Leave campaign believed in a more positive message.
Mr Carswell told Andrew Marr that it was vital to stress the economic benefits of leaving the EU.
