'I don't want to fight. Lessons haven't been learned'
For the past few years one of England's biggest mental health trusts has been hit by a series of scandals - unexpected deaths, damning reports, and claims of bad practice.
Now an inspection, which was ordered by the government, has found that despite warnings Southern Health is still not doing enough to protect its patients.
The Trust looks after patients in Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
Last night the Chairman resigned.
Richard West’s son David had a history of mental health problems and died in 2013 from a drug overdose while under the care of Southern Health.
