Inside the police training graduate scheme
The Victoria Derbyshire programme has exclusive access to the new police training scheme only open to graduates.
Police Now was set up last year to attract what the Metropolitan Police Commissioner, Bernard Hogan Howe, described as the "brightest and best" into policing.
Ashley John-Baptiste has been out on the beat with two of the first year recruits.
