Should kids be taken out of school for holidays?
The case of a father who took his daughter out of school to go on holiday and then refused to pay his fine is in front of the High Court in London.
Magistrates had ruled that Jon Platt had no case to answer as, overall, his daughter had attended school regularly.
But Isle of Wight Council has asked the judges to clarify if that decision was right.
