Will the ban on legal highs work?
England and Wales are set to ban legal highs from 26 May as the Psychoactive Substances Act - a blanket ban on all legal highs - comes into force.
Joanna spoke to Steve Rolles of Transform, Jan King, of the Angelus Foundation, Stephen Wooton, a former user of legal highs, and DCI Ally Wright of Warwickshire Police and West Mercia Police about whether the ban will work.
