By spending time in a secure mental health unit, tapping into the thoughts and experiences of his 25,000 followers on Twitter and speaking to mental health experts and community leaders, Keith explores what might be behind the statistics. From racism to religion and social deprivation to stigma within the community, why do so many black people seem to be affected by mental health issues?
