Canoe scam wife: Guilt will remain
"The guilt will remain with me for the rest of my life" - that's how Anne Darwin describes her decision to let her sons believe their father John Darwin had died in a fake canoeing accident.
Speaking to this programme, Anne Darwin says that going along with her husband's decision to fake his own death in order to claim insurance money was like "getting on a roller coaster ride that she couldn't get off".
They were both eventually caught and each sentenced to over six years in prison.
