Following the newspaper hacking scandal which led to the closure of the News of the World in 2011, debate has raged over how the press should be regulated.

Max Mosley, the former head of Formula One, has been campaigning for tougher rules governing newspapers since the News of the World published stories about his sex life. He debated press regulation with Neil Wallis, a former deputy editor of the News of the World.
