The Arts Hour

Star guests are filmmaker Bogdan Mure艧anu, whose film 鈥橳he New Year That Never Came鈥� explores the immediate lead-up to the 1989 revolution, and Alina Serban, Romania鈥檚 first Roma woman playwright and director. We have live comedy from Gabriel Gherghe, who is also our 鈥楥ulture Cab鈥� guide to artistic secrets of the city, and live music from star performer and coach on 鈥楾he Voice of Romania鈥�, Irina Rimes, and from folk revivalist Simion Bogdan Mihai, with his phenomenal band, The Silken Fiddles.
