The myth states that they met in a pub, but experimental听electronica trio Silverlake are Sally-Ann Parker, Tony Sherrard and Robin Dallaway.

They're heavily influenced by the likes of The Coen Brothers, David Lynch and Miles Davis.

The band stand strong through their experiences of dancing and clubbing as well as the survival of Sherrard鈥檚 motorbike accident where he was told he may never walk again.

New single 鈥楤lack Ponytail鈥� is out soon alongside the release of their second album, following on from the chilled-out debut 鈥楶aradise Place鈥�.

After six successively sold out years, and having cemented the annual event as Britain's best 100% independent, 100% grass roots festival, Beermageddon returned over the August Bank Holiday weekend to Stoke Prior Sports and Country Club with three days of hard and heavy metal!

As it says on their website: "Please note Beermageddon is loud and small children should have ear defenders".

This year's Olliefest took place last weekend - and, this year, was extended to three days.

The free event, which costs around 拢20,000 to stage, has been made possible by enormous generosity from the local community.
听
Organisers mainly booked tribute acts, such as 'Robbie Williams', 'UB40' and 'Coldplay', but a number of local performers were also on the bill.
听
The get-together began as a tribute to Ollie Floyd, who died aged 20, when a buggy his was driving overturned while working as a groundsman at the Celtic Manor Resort in Newport.
听
He'd been an active member of Ross Rugby Club, where the three-day festival took place.
听

A Kidderminster-based record label, which supports local musicians, has landed a distribution deal with Universal.
听
And they're on the lookout for new talent.
听
The development group, which is government funded, has recently teamed up with Ricky Wilson of the Kaiser Chiefs who's now one of their patrons - alongside Led Zeppelin's Robert Plant.
听
Project Director, Scott Garrett, says:听"We work with independent recording studios, venues and rehearsal rooms across the country to provide original bands with free weekly rehearsal time, free recording time to record two radio quality singles with marketing and promotion business plans.
听
"The artists we work with retain 100% of the rights in their music and do not pay a penny for our services.
听
"We currently work with 250+ bands per year and have a team of 28 staff to provide these free services in cities like Bristol, Leeds, Liverpool, Birmingham, Southampton, Oxford and London. Our head office is in Kidderminster."

This month's sessions were recorded at Lakefest, which took place on the Eastnor Castle Deer Park near Ledbury.

Headliners this year included听The Darkness, Marc Almond, The Waterboys, Reverend and the Makers, The Proclaimers, Melanie C and Toploader.
听
The event is organised by husband and wife听Paul O'Neill听and听Caitlin Barrett of听.
听
Wanting to return the favour, they invited us to have a 麻豆官网首页入口 Music tent at their annual event.

It's been dubbed as Worcester's version of SXSW in Texas!
听
Taking place in multiple venues across the city, from pubs, clubs, restaurants and cafes to historic buildings, river cruisers, record shops, on the streets and even in breweries, the festival is absolutely free to attend with hundreds of gigs to choose from from some of the best, new and emerging artists in the UK.
听
Each year the festival raises money for a chosen local charity. This year the Worcestershire Association of Carers will receive all the money dropped into buckets at the festival's venues across the weekend.
听
On Sunday, 16 September, we'll be showcasing听House of Wolvxs,听Bryn Teeling & The River Thieves, Flex, Stone Mountain Sinners and听Mitch Loveridge at Drummonds from 2pm.
听
