Little Richard's Giant Talent: Documentary spotlights rock'n'roll pioneer
In a supposedly strait-laced decade, sexually fluid Black musician Little Richard shook up the 1950s with hits including 'Tutti Frutti' 'Lucille' and 'Good Golly Miss Molly' - songs that had far deeper connotations than their titles suggested.
Now a stylish documentary by Lisa Cortes, ' Little Richard: I Am Everything' , tries to definitively assign the late musician's unique place in rock and roll history.
