Saffron Walden's Laura Sugar represented Wales in hockey, before switching to athletics, in which she competed at the Rio Paralympics.

But it was her move into the water after those games that brought her the most success, winning gold at the Tokyo Paralympics and multiple world titles.

Now the focus is on more glory at the Paris games.
