Colchester runner Charlie Dobson started out competing in the 200m, but his switch to the 400m was the catalyst for his career to take off and has given him the chance to make his Olympic Games debut at Paris.

Charlie, his mum, girlfriend and former PE teacher share their memories of his rise to the top.
