‘Supermoon’ lights up Essex skies
A rare partial lunar eclipse and a ‘supermoon’ was visible in parts of Essex and across the world on Tuesday evening. This month's full moon is known as the Harvest moon, and is the second of four "supermoons" this year.
Ian Lauwerys is chair of the North Essex Astronomical Society and tells Sonia Watson more about the phenomenon.
