Toby Norman-Wright
Second Round Judge - Ballet
Toby trained at The Royal Ballet School and was a Soloist with Birmingham Royal Ballet.
He has taught for The Royal Ballet School, Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music & Dance and Youth Dance England, has choreographed works with dancers from Birmingham Royal Ballet and Sonia Sabri Company and was Artistic Director of ‘Encompass’, a large-scale dance event for the Cultural Olympiad 2012.
He is currently a Relationship Manager for Dance at Arts Council England and is on the board of examiners for The Royal Academy of Dance Professional Dancers’ Postgraduate Teaching Certificate.
He has an MA in Dance from Birmingham University, is a graduate of the Windsor Leadership Programme, a Dance Fellow of The Clore Leadership Programme and a Fellow of The Royal Society of Arts.
