Anna is an MI6 agent to whom finds himself drawn, despite the fact that her husband Hugo is also a spy, and Charles’ superior. Anna and Charles first meet on a training mission, and as the intrigue unfolds, they are brought even closer together. Though it’s clear they were once in love, Hugo and Anna’s marriage is on the rocks, and when she meets Charles, she realises that he reminds her of what Hugo used to be.
