Dr McNeilly has spent the last few months working in the Northern Territory out of Darwin.
There, Sarah has often got to cope with temperatures of up to 40 degrees in the aircraft.
She loves her new Aussie lifestyle but does admit the Australian wildlife still makes her a little squeamish!
