Porthos

Porthos is a great fighter, an intensely loyal friend and a man who lives life to the full.

Raised in desperate poverty and triumphing over every kind of adversity, Porthos has finally found his true family in the Musketeers and their mentor, Treville. He’s willing to die for them, and was crushed by Aramis’ decision four years ago to leave the Musketeers and join a monastery. Porthos may have a lively sense of humour but he’s not a man to cross, and he doesn’t forgive easily.

Porthos’ battlefield exploits have made him a hero, but he no longer feels that he belongs in what has become an almost unrecognisable Paris.

As the Musketeers fight corruption under attack from their most brutal enemy yet, Porthos’ killer instinct will become invaluable in the battle for survival.
