Kelly, 25, has always loved to dance and is hoping that one day she will become a full time dance teacher.
Her mum died from cancer when she was 12, so she was brought up by her dad Sam. Her mum鈥檚 death sent her off the rails and she got in with a 鈥榖ad crowd鈥� as a teenager. It continues to affect her ability to find and keep a job.
She volunteers at old friend Jodie鈥檚 local dance school, where Jodie鈥檚 ethos is to keep the kids in the classroom and off the streets. The school is preparing for its summer show, and Jodie tells Kelly that if she handles the responsibility, she will take her on full time and pay her a salary.
