France's first lady Carla Bruni divided opinion recently by hosting a state dinner wearing a figure hugging dress without a bra. Some envied her elegance and confidence; others saw it as a fashion faux-pas. So when, if ever, is it ok to banish the bra? Do some dresses or occasions demand it? And can any bosom carry it off?
