Trout lips - it's the kind of taunt you would expect in the school playground - yet it's the language being used about actress Leslie Ash who recently had collagen injections into her top lip - which ended up giving her a very noticeable pout. In a final gesture of humiliation, Sunday newspaper readers were invited to phone in & vote for who has the best fish face - Leslie or the trout!
Leslie has called her injections a fashion accessory - but the response was so nasty - she feared that the comments would end her career.
